Design Consultation
All landscape design services begin with understanding your site, goals, and vision. Do you like neat and orderly? Natural and free-flowing? We’ll define your outdoor style together!
Your designer, Susan Flint, will visit your home or business for a two-hour onsite consultation to:

Identify existing plants and answer specific plant and landscape questions

Share initial ideas about plants, structures, hardscapes, and maintenance
-
Discuss your needs and preferences
-
Conduct a site inventory of everything onsite relevant to the design area
-
Measure and assess the layout and characteristics of your property
-
Take lots of photographs for visual reference
-
Give you a design estimate

After the consultation, we will send you our detailed notes, ideas, and a design proposal.

Landscape Design
Next, it’s time to start creating and planning! During our landscape design process, we will:

Present two verbal design concepts via phone or Zoom from which to choose
-
Develop the preliminary drawing
-
Make adjustments based on your feedback (up to two revisions)
-
Create the final plan, including 3D renderings with layout and plantings
-
Provide a custom plant book with photos, plant facts, and care instructions
-
Give you a project installation coordination estimate
Do you have a large project you need to spread out? We’d be happy to discuss a tiered plan allowing you to complete your installation in phases.
Landscape Installation
Susan will act as your landscape installation project coordinator to ensure safe and intended execution by:

Collaborating with your contractor OR bringing in one of her trusted and insured installers
-
Hand-picking the plant material, coordinating the delivery of your plants, and placing the plant material to be planted
-
Coordinating the installation of hardscape, lighting, and water irrigation/mitigation systems
